What do I do if my Chromebook is missing or stolen?

Please submit a ticket and we will disable the device in the hopes that it is returned. If the device is not found you may file a lost device insurance claim if you purchased the Student Technology Protection Plan when the device was issued to you.

If you believe the device was stolen you will need to fill a report for stolen property with the appropriate Law Enforcement Agency prior to filing the insurance claim.

If you did not purchase a STPP then you will be responsible for the cost of your replacement device and will need your parent or guardian to contact us at 580-924-7000 ext 6500 to arrange payment.
